Are You Doing Offseason Triathlon Training?

It always surprises me a little bit when I find out how many people who claim to be triathletes completely give up their training program once the race season is over. They have no offseason triathlon training plan and just kind of wait around until it is close to the regular season and then start up again. It is a much better idea for a person to use the offseason as a time to do some gym work and get better at the weakest portion of their race. Gym work will help to add strength that will be needed for the regular season.
