I have been doing some research for an article I am writing about Social Networking Sites. It seems like today, everyone is on one of these site. In fact, my own mother has an account where she keeps in touch with old friends. My article is about the possibility of identity theft through one of these sites. I have yet to see anyone claim that one of these sites were responsible for leaking information. The sites also seem to have a lot of security measures put in to place. I hope that I will be able to write the article on how safe these sites are.
