Variety of Foods on a Diet

A long time ago I learned that I could eat just about anything as long as I adhered to a few simple rules for my body. One, was that I needed a variety of foods in my life. It is so easy for me to get into a rut and I love to eat the same thing every thing everyday if you let me. The other thing is that I need to watch my portion control with food as well. So hopefully, if I can follow the no carb foods diet by eating a variety of things in a controlled portion I should be losing weight in no time.
