Losing Weight For My Health

Last year I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I knew that it was important for me to change my eating habits and to lose weight. I started eating healthier and exercising regularly and before long the pounds were melting off. After I had lost most of the weight that I needed to I started using ab machines to strengthen my abdominal muscles and firm it up some. I feel so much better now than I did last year and my diabetes has been under control without any complications. The health changes that I have made would benefit anybody.
