Build Killer Arms

Some of the larger types that I know rarely train their arms to Build Killer Arms. What they do is put a strong emphasis around increasing their strength in the chest, back and shoulders. If you focus simply on increasing the weight on your oars, dominated and chin lifts, be sure your biceps will join the trip and will grow proportionately. However, if you are always punished and ‘burning’ your biceps, they will always be fatigued when you train your back muscles and, as you know, you are only as strong as your weakest link. This is another reason to conduct an approach with less volume in the training of your arms.
