When you are just starting out in weight training you might think that reaching some big weight lifts is impossible. But you must keep plugging away in order to see the results that are going to motivate you to get into the gym. Set your goals reasonably and reach them. You will also see that you will build up muscle fast when you start to set goals and reach them. I dont care if it is only besting your last workout by 1/2 of a rep.
