In my profession it is of utmost importance that I make my patients feel as comfortable as possible. A lot of people, in my belief, have an unrealistic fear of dentists and a lot of it has to do with the drills and equipment we use and the sounds that they make when we are inside the mouth. I am currently looking at replacement surgical vacuum pumps that are the quietest yet more efficient in the area of pumps. Of course I need precision and if along with the price for precision I can get a quiet pump then by all means that is the type I want.
