I can’t wait for my spring holiday to the Aquis Silva Beach Hotel in Crete. I was looking for somewhere reasonably priced to go in Greece for a week and I found some great deals on all inclusive holidays to Crete. It’s the largest island in Greece so there were plenty of options, but I opted for the Aquis Silva because the photos looked lovely, the price is right and it’s adults only! I love the fact that there is no chance I will be on a sun lounger next to a screaming child or have to think about what children are doing in the pristine swimming pool. I am constantly incurring overage charges on my cell phone. It is the only phone I have, and I use it a lot for business. I also spend a lot of time talking to my mother and sister, who live across the country. When I get on the phone with them, the time just gets away from me. But that hasn’t happened since I switched to US cellular. They send me a text message when I am at or near my limits, and I simply turn off my phone at that point. And since I get good us cellular coverage where I live, it is a good deal all around.

The kinds of clothes in the new millennium have really turned revolutionary as more designers are creating really beautiful, unique and gorgeous dresses. Most people are now into the Hollywood style mostly worn by celebrities. One of the outfits that are being recognized today is dress jackets and most find this outfit to be essential and beneficial. They are beneficial in the sense that it can give you the warmth that you need in times of cold nights. Jiu Jitsu in the nations capital has been a minor part of people life’s until recently when a new club called BJJ Canberra opened up down the road. The club is run by a brazilian guy who is an expert grappler and wrestling artist who also holds the rank of black belt. I have started going to the sessions and fins them truly amazing for developing strength and conditioning and flexibility. The centre has started running some large comps which have really boosted the towns love for the sport. several large companies in the town have also started sponsoring the event making it truly a important part of the town.

In this episode of the old Saturday morning cartoon strip, Secret Squirrel, called Leave Wheel Enough Alone a million dollars in gold bullion is stolen from the bank. Secret Squirrel and Morocco mole are assigned to the case and quickly learn that the thief was the Yellow Pinkie. They also learn that he has entered a car race to cross the border to make his getaway. The two do battle with both having the upper hand at different times during the race. Finally Secret stops him just before the border, but then they cannot find the gold. It turned out that the car was made of gold.

It always surprises me a little bit when I find out how many people who claim to be triathletes completely give up their training program once the race season is over. They have no offseason triathlon training plan and just kind of wait around until it is close to the regular season and then start up again. It is a much better idea for a person to use the offseason as a time to do some gym work and get better at the weakest portion of their race. Gym work will help to add strength that will be needed for the regular season.
